File hosting service Hotfile has been found liable for copyright infringement by a court in the US

And guess what the pirates are celebrating more and more…close those sites down and more pops up and more file sharing…torrents…like all their courts have done little to no stopping file sharing. It grows and grows…regardless what the court rules they should rather look at the pratices the Studio GREED and put a check on it and tell them to make a better model that gives real credit where it should be…

Five whole minutes? Gee, that’s a more optimistic guess than mine! (Of course, no telling what happens if a Second Occurrence transpires…)

Actually, I have little sympathy for a hosting site that openly rewards uploading copyrighted material. They might love to martyr themselves in some kind of Queen’s Gambit, but I have a feeling a pawn is just a pawn.
