Hi!

Sorry to tag my post as urgent, but it really is. This is a DVD-R Video DVD burned on a Verbatim MCC 03RG20 at 8X on an Optiarc AD-7260S. This movie will be used for a screening on a standalone player in a cinema in a few hours. Does it look good enough to you??

Scanned from the Optiarc used to burn:

Scanned from the Lite-On IHAP322 on an other machine:

The scans kinda look a bit different as well… is that normal?

Thanks heaps!

A good scan doesn’t guarantee perfect playback (the player may be substandard), but you shouldn’t have any problems.

Normal and expected. :iagree:

Scanning will look different on different burners (even on the same burner sometimes) because it is reporting what IT sees. It should play fine. Make a back-up copy with different media just to be sure.
