Upgrading EZ CD Creator 4 to XP

I use Adaptec EZ CD Creator 4 under W98se to burn CDs, and I like it. I’m upgrading to an XP machine. I’d like to continue to use it, but when I try to install it to XP, the install program tells me that there are problems running this program under this version of Windows.

It sends me to a nonexistent link on Adaptec’s website, and I find Adaptec is no longer supporting this version of the program. So, where can I find these updates?

Hi and Welcome!

my advice: forget it. Even Easy CD creator 5 had problems with XP (Roxio had a patch for this issue if I remember correctly).

Consider using other software. There are several good free solutions like ImgBurn, cdburnerXP and many more.
