Anyone successful burning DVD-R and DVD-RW using Norton Ghost? 800A@822A cannot read DVD-RW burnt by itself, anyone has similar experience?
Will next firmware solve these problems?
Thanks!

Here is a RITEKG05 burned @8 with a 800@822 B3IC:
and Here are the DVD-Speed-results:
And here is an OPTODISCW002 burned fine @2.4:
Everything played okay-no probs- except for my notebook drive which does not seem to accept minus @all!
I have no problem burning DVD-Rs or DVD-RWs using NERO after upgraded.
The problem is it cannot burn under Norton Ghost which backs up C: drive, I believe under DOS environment.
Did you burn a DVD-RW and readable with 800A@822A? There is no problem of other players, burners or recorders reading the DVD-RW burnt by the upgraded 800A.

tonight I’ll try the DVD-R and -RW in a DVD player. As posted it plays in any ROM-Drive except my Notebook!
Yes, the DVD-RW is readable in my 800@822!
Your posting of pictures are already very impressive! Do you have Norton Ghost installed on your Laptop? If you have installed it, pls try it out with -R and -RW, thanks.
Pls enlighten me what brand and media code did you use that -RW is readable on your 800A@822A, thanks.
Actually it is a cheap brand, I just got it from a friend: Emtec
Sorry no norton arround, can’t find that out for you!
