I have been using CloneDVD V 3.xxx. I have nothing but disappointment when I requested the free update to V4 because the serial # from the prior version doesn’t work. Every message sent to [Usupport@clonedvd.net is returned with a message that the mailbox is full. Any other suggestions as how to contact these guys?

Yes, sorry but you have the cheap “knock-off” clonedvd and not he real, quality CloneDVD from Elby.
