A little straw grasping --
Do you, by any chance, have any burning software installed that could be causing a conflict? Known culprits are Nero's Incd, Roxio's DragtoDisk, and DVDClonerII. The latter one caused me some real problems until I figured out it was conflicting with both 1Click's burn engine and with CloneDVD2. Just being installed is enough to cause the problem, they do not have to be running.
Lastly, and this is not the root of your problem (I don't think) -- I can tell from your log you have CPRx enabled. Also note that you are an AnyDVD user. If you have CPRX enabled, you want to disable AnyDVD's remove copy protection based on bad sectors. Or vice-versa. I prefer to leave AnyDVD enabled and disable CRPx. They are two different ways of handling the same issue.
