My German is not spectacular (I can order a hotel room, a meal and a beer so what else do I need?) ;o) so I don't fully understand how it works, but it uses some sort of analogue technique I think (but don't quote me on that).
I have a Lite-On CDRW that gets around most audio copy-protection, but I'm still curious to see if it works or not!
So does anyone have it and does it work?
Basically this is just a tool that helps you to record a cd with the use of a cd player, your computers line-in and soundcard. There’s a number under the barcode on your cd, you’ll have to type in that number, and the program contacts an external DB. If your cd is in the DB the program will get the characteristics for that album. That way it can help you to determine track length, splitting the tracks and the naming of the tracks. If your cd isn’t in the DB, you’re out of luck.
I have NOT tried this program (don’t really have the use for it), so I might be wrong with some of my conclusions. By the way, I had no problems with the download.
