Unable to play DVD back on PC

I made a copy of one of my DVDs from my collection and it plays fine in my DVD player but when I try to read the disc on my PC with PowerDVD, I get

A disc with an unsupported format in drive F:

If I try to see the contents of the disc with Windows Explorer, it shows that it’s empty, 0 bytes free and total size 0 bytes and the file system shows RAW. Finally, the disc info from KProbe2 shows:

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I’ve been trying to figure this out for hours, even tried flashing to the latest LiteON firmware, when that didn’t work, I went back to stock.

Please post the steps you used to copy to dvd, including the software you used.

For this one, I believe I used DVD Copy Tools. It’s a one step process as far as the software is concerned, just click start and away it goes.
