Definitions; Liteon 40x12x48 Writer with ->

Ultraplex 40TSuwi; Would copy Cactus Data Shield, Key2Audio, SafeDisc 2.51.021.

Toshiba SD-M1602; Would copy SafeDisc 2.51.021.

Is that any difference of quality in the burned CD's using Toshiba or Ultraplex? If yes, what's it? (Time of recording is not an issue)

Same here, but I don’t know why people always recommend Toshiba.

May be just because CloneCD recommends it
or
I wonder if Toshiba read’s better, giving better information to the writer…

Can anyone give me a technical answer?

In case of Toshiba i’d go for a DVD player. They’re quite good and easy to get region free

Toshiba SD-M1602

Theres no SD-M1602.

Theres a SD-M1502 or a SD-M1612.

Who makes UltraPlex coz i can’t find any firmware updates or region free patchs for it.

The Plextor Ultraplex is a cd-reader… not a dvd-reader.
