Tv system doesnt match

i burned a movie using AVI2DVD AND THEN DVDFAB DECRYPTER AND THEN DVD SHRINK. THEN WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY IT ON MY PS2 IT CAME UP SAYING “TV SYSTEM DOESNT MATCH” WHAT EXACTLY DOEST THAT MEAN AND WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THAT?

First of all less of the caps mate, it is classed as shouting and very bad mannared in netiquette.

Second I would say it means the format of the movie does not match, meaning you are either trying to play NTSC in a PAL area or vice versa.How to fix it i to reconvert the avi using the relevant format for where you live.
