You problem that I see is

Disc Manufacturer ID: RITEK, Media Type ID: S04, Product revision number: 66

these discs are very problematic, however you may have better results if you use ImgBurn to burn on them.

The reason being is because ImgBurn has better control on your drive/burner and the write speed

Hi,
You problem that I see is

Disc Manufacturer ID: RITEK, Media Type ID: S04, Product revision number: 66
These media are not supported by the drive’s firmware at all.
Thanks I’ll try that
Forget it.
Your drive only supports a few old 2.4x rated DL blanks.

DVD+R9 supported media types: 5
------------------------------------------
MKM 001 2.4x
MKM 001 2.4x
PHILIPS CD2 2.4x
RICOHJPN D00 2.4x
RITEK D01 2.4x

Bet bet would be the 2.4x rated Verbatim DL - if you can get them.

Michael

 your right mciahel
I over looked the Media type :doh:even though it was the line just above what I pointed out
guess I should start checking my two cents befor throwing them in
