i’ve just brought some traxdata dvd+r they code out as ritek f16-01 are these any good?
also what are they like for long term storage?

I guess they’re quite ok.
Traxdata is the A-grade brand of Ritek. And since Ritek F16 uses oxolife dye, they should be ok for long term storage.

I’d say the same about the F16’s as I would about the Traxdata RICOHJPN R03…while not the kind of quality of my Maxell ones, they should be fine.

Those are perfectly fine for everyday use. But make sure that the particular burner that you’ll be using for these discs is relatively recent; many older burners will default to a 4x write with generic strategy (which will produce poor results with this media).
