Really not from where I am standing…to little to late…and most likely bloatware ads in the programs as I’ve seen in new torrent software putting ads into their torrent software and but if you go back into their software history the previous version never had adware or ads built into their software. So New isn’t better in torrent software.

The developers of the software decided to release a Windows version of Transmission because there was a lot of demand.
That makes no sense - the software I use works perfectly fine and it was there when torrent started and still people are looking for it and it is like over 10 years old and is a clean interface adware free and it has a Mac version as well. So don’t know where the developers been living these last ten years but Mac isn’t a popular O/S for torrent since it can’t even beat Linux still. They released Windows version because the mac was dying out pure and simple get with the time or die.
