If you have a dvd burner in your computer that can read DVD Ram, you can copy the files to the hard drive, then burn to a DVD-R.
If you have two drives, one of which is capable of reading DVD Ram, you can do a direct burn, but I prefer to make a copy on the hard drive first.
Get ImgBurn. It is a free burning program. www.imgburn.com Use it to check whether your burner can read dvd ram disks by clicking Tools–>Drive–>Capabilities. There should be a little check mark next to DVD Ram. You can also use ImgBurn to make an ISO file from the files on the ram disk and burn to the dvd-r.
