I was trying to make a backup iso of the movie “Stealth” and nothing seems to be working. I just got an ASUS model DRW-1608P2… has anyone heard anything on this? Is it some kind of new hardware protection? Maybe it’s just because that’s a new movie?
It has nothing to do with the ASUS/Pioneer burner, rather, it’s a problem with this DVD’s file system, no doubt introduced to make copying more difficult. There are a few threads on this. Here’s one: http://club.cdfreaks.com/showthread.php?t=156266
No ! CPRM ! and your drive supports CPRM !
Damn! you guys know your stuff! I gotta stick around this forum and get sped-up on these new copy protection methods… Thanks!
