If it really “crashed”, meaning a head crash, then your only option is a replacement drive. If, on the other hand, it simply won’t boot and you have a CD or DVD reader and can boot from it you might be able to recover the system if you have a restore/recovery CD that came with your laptop. What exactly happens when you try to boot your laptop?
