Those who receive more than two warnings from their ISP are fined and risk losing service to their entire household. 

Of course, it was only a matter of time before file-sharing services began to find creative ways to help their users dodge the system.

This development has been predicted for some time now and it reflects how little governments understand in relation to file sharing technology which never ceases to amaze me given the experts they have access to.

As a result of their own actions they’ll end up being unable to monitor anything.
