To develop .bin file for 8202r dvd board

Hi

        I came to know a software which make some changes to configure different local remotes, panels, leds & logo to make suitable bin file & write them in its 8 pin removable chip(IC) so that 8202r dvd board can support them.

This software is used to assemble DVD player & then sold these DVD players.

Being a software developers, I want to know that in which language I can build these kind of software for different kind of boards then make their bin files & write them in their corresponding chip(IC)

So If ANYBODY know something about it then please REPLY THIS BLOG
