I’m trying to use the TMPGEnc DVD Author program to make a dvd of a some movie I recorded off TV. The set of files is too big for a DVD-R, so I wanted to use DVD2One to shrink it down… DVD2One gets to within 1% of being done and then it suddenly says it found encrypted data and fails… I ran a DVD Decrypter program over the files that TMPGEnc created and it doesn’t show any encrypted files… I’m at a loss.

This is a known problem. There are 2 solutions:

  1. Ask the author of TMPEG to remove the padding blocks from the stream.
  2. Wait for an update of DVD2one that will bypass this problem.

I have same problem, only I get it at the beginning not the end
