Titles Support List

^^ thanks for the head-up.

Have you contacted DeUHD?

What software are you checking with? Have you tried different software to confirm? It could be a false positive.

VirusTotal is giving it a 10/70: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/45988e3fc943bd242bbab9145ba6b6557fb55c260b595c9f9cf78759e0debac1/detection . That said, it was like 2/70 earlier in the morning and then changed to 10/70.

AVs flagging it: Arcabit, BitDefender, eGambit, Emisoft, eScan, FireEye, GData, MAX, NANO-Antivirus & Rising.

Personally, I see it as a false positive but who knows.

EDIT: Retested ~5 hours later. Arcabit & eScan are no longer flagging the installer. McAfee didn’t before but it is now based on heuristics.

weird isnt it? My test was bullguard

Eset Smart Security flagged it also.

Kaspersky Internet Security did not find anything.

Interesting. On my end neither ESET Internet Security or with the latest definitions see anything wrong with the installer.

I just tried it again and it didnt detect anything but when I first tried it did, and it was cleaned by Eset.

that’s false flag virus. there’s some antivirus they were not supporting ripping tools and even VPN they considered as virus even is not…

Still waiting on Charlie’s Angels. I’m thinking AACS 2.1 titles may take more than 24 hrs.

Update: Charlie’s Angels is supported in DeUHD as of today.

Charlie’s Angels (2000) is supported. Scene group COASTER has released the Full UHD Disc. AACS 2.1 just takes a bit of extra time to get cracked.

They usually come in pairs. What’s the other new AACS 2.1 release from Sony?

(I’m referring to what Mike posted over in MakeMKV forums re: AACS 2.1).

Nice to have options

I really wish Mike would release his 2.1 solution. I do hate being beholden to one software.

As for the Charlie’s Angels counterpart, maybe Angry Birds 2?

Is it me or are the announcements starting to getting thin regarding new releases?

Agree - Mike takes his time for sure between releases. And I’m not sure he ever said he was definitely working on this given the small # of titles. But may have missed a post from him. Clearly it’s growing in use.

I think the announcements have been fairly good - Disney seems to be dumping everything on 4K - at least Pixar and Marvel - before the inevitable paywall of Disney+

I would not be surprised to see 2020 become a trickle after Star Wars saga (kind of confirmed) and the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit (also kind of confirmed as well) over at the Digital Bits. But it will slow down as pure streaming takes over. Nice to see Back 2 the Future coming on 4K.

I’d be happy I guess if many of these companies doing “4K Scans” for some classics would master to 4K! And when will Criterion release a 4K?

But we’ve been over this :). the future is not shiny plastic discs and not ownership. It’s paywalls and perpetual fees where even the mask of ownership is not guaranteed. See iTunes and others where their licenses have affected those “bought” titles.

I think that’s why we buy just about everything we can in 4K and Blu - because this is it! At some point, everything becomes a “as a service”.

Yes I was also afraid about that.
And…2020 is going to be a black hole in my wallet with SW, LOTR, Hobbit and Back 2 Future :joy:

Well ill wait untill isee some reviews of bttf after seeing the lousy BD they released, when it come to Star Wars, if Disney wont release theatrical version of the original triology, its a no go for me, the latest 6 movies is shit imho
