Its an excellent movie.
I hope those being sued liked it at least…
No Duke, you’re supposed to rent it 1st then buy it. Ya know, to keep Blockbuster afloat.
But I do encourage people to rent then buy if they want to see a movie. But not from Blockbuster. I am lucky my local mom&pop has a good Blu ray selection and rents them for same as DVDs, and much less than BB.
Obviously a download does not equal a lost sale. Dumbest argument ever with ZERO basis in reality.
GO HABS !!
Most rental stores here don’t have bluray yet. 3 months ago I asked, and the counter people looked at me like I was high on some sort of hippy drugs and was the stupidest person on earth for suggesting such a thing …
The Big Chains seem to have a small selection of ancient catalogue titles … which were crap when they were released in the 80’s.
I’m sure that somewhere, an ass of an executive is citing a business case AGAINST bluray right now based on the hire-out rate of 30yr old movies on bluray … which were crap when they were released in the 80’s.
