It doesn't matter. She served her purpose in showing just how screwed up the system really is. I don't care if she lied. I don't care if she is guilty (Which she is). I don't care about those shouting from the moral high ground how piracy is killing media cartels (I wish it would but it's not). The penalty grossly outweighs the crime. 24 songs = $1.5M? A farce. Scandalous. Completely and utterly unfair and ridiculous.
What counted in this was the publicity it created and now NOBODY with a sane mind (Or who is not a greedy corporate or governmental shill) thinks that copyright law is fair anymore.
