I’m not familiar with the AOPEN DUW1608/ARR as a scanner, so I don’t know if it’s a dependable CD scanner.

Taken at face value however, that scan is not bad but it’s not good either.

A bad scan would have C2 errors or C1 > 220 per second, this is not the case for this scan.

An excellent scan IMO would have zero C2 and an average C1 < 2.0 with peak C1 < 50.

I would class this scan as mediocre, with the disclaimer that I don’t know if the scanner is dependable.
