Speedfan doesn’t have that purdy desktop-widget-like display though.

Eh, I just check the BIOS or Everest (the latter seems to be a couple of degrees out on my rig) and have done with it

Mind you, I’m not overclocking and my system is stable so I’m not too concerned.

Quad core, go you …you’re the first person to mention having one

#146

#147

You mean I actually got something before zevia. Although he has three C2D PC’s running.

Hehe. Dont get me wrong I love my C2D but I just had to have this. Haven’t found anything other than a bench test to get all 4 cores running at the same time. I guess that’s a good thing.

#148

Basically, yeah.

And cough you could fold for Team 13505, you know :flower:

#149

Done I think.

#150

I have a feeling the Windows SMP client would keep all 4 cores occupied. :stuck_out_tongue:

#151

What nick?

I don’t see you on the stats, unless you’ve yet to submit your first WU

Edit: by the time I’ve saved up, quad cores will probably be in my price range LOL

#152

Nice crossg!!

#153

Not drooling? Not even just a little bit?

#154

Hehe, yes a lot!

Crossg, I’m interested how fast your quad core can fold, maybe you can post how long it takes per frame (1%) in the DC forum, here’s an example (click).

#155

I don’t think I have multi CPU part set up right. I will let you know in the Folding home thread once I get it figured out. Might be calling you later.:stuck_out_tongue:
@Arachne crossg is my nick.:wink:

#156

Cool, I know who to look for

Are you using the GUI client?

BTW, perhaps we should move this conversation…LOL

#157
