I have a touch over 900 songs. After that point it all sounds the same. Nobody has any reason to have more than 1000 songs except to just collect them. Well,1000 songs is about 100 average cds and if you like to listen music and keep a most of it on pc as i like to do,im really in doubt that its enough,it may be but not for me:d:g

Sorry to say this, and i´m surely not your average user, but i have well over 1000 CDs and so with an average of 10 songs per cd, its either buy 10 mini-ipods or a decent one with at least 40 gigs storage. Like i said, i don´t consider the amount to be average, but it´s a bitch to have to swap all the time IMHO.
