should be included in a FAQ on this subject (or something similar), and as for Flipper's, sirscrub's guide should be readily-available in a FAQ as well. So should the basic tip's we all repeat for others so regularly, like DVDD use in it's 22.214.171.124 incarnation, and Nero-settings/versions warnings, or C2D/RNM compliancy...
No offence to you loggy
but in general I fail to see one single reason why there should be such a FAQ in this forum. None of this has anything to do with dvd2one. These are all software from other vendors - why should the dvd2one team have any responsibility in guiding of other vendors software ? dvd2one is a very simple piece of software - it should have a simple guide explaining how to use the dvd2one software and nothing else.
Whatever kind of external tools people decide to use for decrypting, burning etc. is up to themselves. There are thousand and thousands of guides on the net dealing with nerosettings, dvddecrypter, c2d/rnm, dvdfolders, iso etc etc etc - search and read. For the life of me I cannot understand peoples ridiculous demands and lack of individual brainpower.
Would you contact NERO and demand a guide in there forum how to use dvdd, dvd2one etc. just because you use NERO to do the burning.
Would you contact the author of DVDD and demand a guide in his forum how to use dvd2one, nero, rnm etc. etc.
For crying out loud people - start thinking for yourselves and stop expecting everyone else to do everything for you. Its so darn easy to find all this info on the net, simply use google, search for it and start learning - its not rocketscience.
These ridicolous demands is annoying - you bought a piece of software for a specific task at a very reasonable price - the software wil do this simple task very easy. You did not buy a lifetime personal trainingcourse designed to make you experts in all aspects related to creating DVD's - it is therefore not the dvd2one team's responsibility to deliver such.
Its not that I have anything against general FAQ's or Guides being made - but dont demand it from the dvd2one team or in this dvd2one specific forum - a forum is a volontary place to exchange ideas and experience, not a place where you have any demands. Its up to you posters yourself to deliver if you want FAQ's and guides on something you did not buy. And it should be in the general forum not in a dvd2one specific forum unless it deal specifically with dvd2one questions. How to use DVDD or NERO does not comply as such.
