How and where do you recycle CDs?

Can cd/dvd -r be recycled? and pressed ones? Here in my country you can separate between rubish and plastic/glass/paper/cans/batteries…, but I never thought cd/dvd could be recycled.

Now we know why Taiwanese CD-R’s and DVD-R’s are so crap!! All recycled plastic.
