“While piracy remains a big problem in poor countries” … Taiwan a poor country ? If Taiwan is a poor country, then what about US and EU : very poor ?

Taiwan is poor? First time heard of such news. Seller / Top Capitalism = Taiwan Maybe it’s a completely opposite.

You’ve got it wrong… the article says: “While piracy remains a big problem in poor countries…” that means countries other than Taiwan, e.g. Eastern European countries or African countries or Russia…
