Is it possible to watch SVCD’s on my PC??
If it is, what program do I need to watch those SVCD’s??
And do I need other stuff, like codecs or patches, to watch them??

just get powerdvd. i think the latest version is 4.0 xp (the xp doesnt mean only for windows xp, it works with win9x.
use power DVD
or
download freedvd.zip (mpeg 2 codecs)
from www.doom9.org
and play in media player/zoomplayer etc.
