@ZepFloyd: there’s two things of which you need to get experience: work culture and customer culture.
Get a job in a department store.
I unloaded trailers and boxcars. Don’t do anything like that. Your back will go out later in life.

Caddy at a golf club. Made great money (all cash), was in the best shape of my life, got to spend the whole summer outside…life was good. But that was a loooonnnnggg time ago.
