A friend asked me a suggestion about a laptop, but I'm not exactly an expert in this (I never used one :o)
My friend is a surgeon, and he needs to use this laptop for his work. One of the main usage will be examination of imaging data on the screen (Rx, CT scans, RMN scans, etc). All these data are provided by imaging departments in digital form, so he need something that allow a clear vision of these data. The visualization software is not a problem, because he already has it.
I'm not fully sure about what is better for this feature. My guess is that he need a laptop with a large screen. For what I know, it is not necessary an extremely powerful CPU to manage these data, so it is not necessary to have a quadcore CPU (a 8400 probably is much more than needed).
For what I know, moreover, it is more important to have a high resolution screen, but because of the laptop will be not used for gaming, I think that latest generation VGA is not necessary.
I'd like to know suggestions :flower:
