We know cds/dvds should not be subject to heat or humidity for archival purposes.
My room temp range from 23 degree celsius to 33 degree celsius ..
I have found the best way to store dvd/cd is to store it in the spindle/cakebox 25 dvds each in a cakebox (with capacity fifty) .. seal each cakebox and dump (or fix silica gel packets in the remaining space..)
But my query is whether to store the dvd / cds in Wooden shelf /wardrobe Or Metal shelf/wardrobe
Considering both humidity and temperature factor which is better metal or wooden?
