Still having issues with U18A@812S

Recently flashed my sony dw u18a to a liteon sohw 812s and all went fine, very happy.
Trouble is the problem i originally had is still there!
Below are two logs created after errors caused nero to stop burning, it is now getting really frustrating, please can you help and advise

Both of these seem to be bad news to Nero 6 and keep turning up like bad pennys

Not sure what clean/disable tools can be recommended, since I’m still on W98SE

My generic suggestion is: Use better media.
