I don't own it. The company does.
Can you tell us more about it?
Not really It's just a box with an old Nec reader and a Plextor writer in it , especially engineered for medical cd's. It beats all other copy protections, except StarForce ; Haven't checked Tages , since i don't own a game which has such protection.
I have a feeling that of someone would implement a tool to add to a clonecd image or any iso file that would read the original cd forwards and backwards as was suggested to beat Tages, it might be a step forward to defeat starforce, or at least cause some possible copies by fluke on some people's systems.
I have a feeling Starforce is a little bit the way Tages does , but not quite the same. The backup i tried to make did generate another key output (some check number during the testing process). I've seen another copy of the game at the shop ; When i'm there i'll compare my starforce serial key with that one. If they both come from the same pressing , they should practically be the same serial number.
