Sony08D1: How to tell manufacturer by hub code?

Just opened one lonely cakebox of 25 8x Sony DVD-R, that do not tell a country of origin. But I saw a few really hard-to-read, small letters in the hub (“CF08016082017 2 03M120”).

I wonder whether it’s MIT by Daxon, MIA or even MIJ by Sony’s Sendai factory :confused:
Would be great if anybody knows more about Sony media. :slight_smile:

CF08016082017 2 03M120 = MIT by Daxon
Y16VS1336E289D23385 = MIT by Lead Data
7107N2CC61A029905 = MIA
45AA5017F = MIJ
6251 414 –R E D 8040 = MII by MBIL

Thanks. :wink:

I forgot to add one thing: the MIMalaysia media have the same serial number pattern as the MIT ones.

This media is a bit disappointing though. The Made in Austria media is said to have bad bonding, but I wonder what this (Daxon-made MIT) is… It seems fishy to me.
