Scientists from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Engineering discovered that the pattern of information written on a Blu-ray disc works very well for improving light absorption across the solar spectrum.

I guess the BDs must be in the region that you live in otherwize they will not generate power…

Haha, you can’t buy solar panels from the U.S. and import to E.U. because of wrong region code, thus no power :smiley:

That would be of epic proportions.

Bah. Chinese/Russian/iranian hackers will bypass it in a week, and everyone will have free solar panels available for download shortly …
