I am looking to make an interactive cd or dvd.I would like to know which program would work best.It doesn't have to be over the top elaborate just something basic.Im going to try to type out what Im trying to create so you can get a good idea of what Im doing. The CD or DVD will be pictures only.I want a menu included. Example. You put the cd or dvd in (not sure wich will be better cd or dvd)A menu opens with say 3 choices circles Squares TrianglesYou click on one of the choices say squares then a bunch of thumbnails open up showing say 20 different pics of squares. You then click on the square you want and the full size image shows up. (Please note the circles squares triangles are for example purpose only)This is what I want my cd or dvd to do.Someone must have made some fairly easy to use software to do this. After wading through the limitless info on here Im finding it may be easier to ask those in the know. All help is apreciated... tHANX
I've only played around with a few commercial apps, but Macromedia Director and Opus are two that will do what you want. Don't know what they cost now, just google for them.
I looked at macromedia director, seems to be pretty elaborate.Im hoping to find something a little more simple.I googled Opus and it comes up with financial software.Should I be adding anything to Opus on the search?
They have a demo/evaluation download also.
awesome,On a quick look this Opus looks pretty good.Thanx
