Which software shall i use to check for the integrity of a disk,crc errors and other information?
For DVD checking, CD-DVD Speed is often used. If you have a LiteOn, you can also use KProbe2.
If you have a Plextor drive, I believe you can use PlexTools.
The Media Testing/Identifying Software Forum is a good place. 
As for CD checking…depends what drive you have.
