Software downloads

I have purchased software and downloaded it to my computer. I would like to copy it to a cd or dvd. Do I need to create an .iso file of the program in order copy it?

I would just try a straight data burn with ImgBurn in Build mode. Have the Output set to Device (your burner). ImgBurn is free to use: www.imgburn.com

If you set output to the hard drive ImgBurn will make the ISO for you, and you can burn it later if you prefer this route.

Test the disk and see if you can access the program once burned.

It would be good to know what format it downloaded as? That would go a long way to figuring out what software to use and what you can do with the file format.
