Slysoft Download Links - Problem

Hello,

there seems to be a problem with the download links at slysofts webpage for CloneDVD and CloneCD, is anyone else having this problem?

AnyDVD4.6.1.2 downloaded OK
Virtual CloneDrive 5.0.1.3 downloaded OK

CloneDVD 2.7.5.1 transferred 114KB (expected size 4654 kB)
CloneCD 5.1.0.0 transferred 114KB (expected size 2253 kB)

I had just ordered AnyDVD/CloneDVD/CloneCD and wanted all the newest versions, but those two (CloneDVD and CloneCD) aren’t downloading…

I tried downloading them a few times incase the downloads got interrupted, but no luck. Can someone here resolve this - or do i need to send slysoft a notice directly.? thanks :slight_smile:

I am sorry to hear you are having these download issues.

Just tested and I was able to download both CloneDVD and CloneCD from Slysoft.

Please flush your Internet cache and try downloading again.

If you’re running Norton Internet Security, turn it off and download again. It’s just a guess but I’d say that’s a likely cause of the issues you’re seeing.

no luck with norton disabled, but i cleared the Temp files and CloneCD finished, then tried CloneDVD and that dropped off short again… i cleared my temp files again and was able to complete the CloneDVD exe.

weird…

Strange. At least you were able to get CloneDVD.
