First sorry for my newbieness... I started trying to burn DVDs yesterday. Anyway, here is the deal:
I have a divx:
frame size: 576*240
Xvid MPEG-4 Codec.
I want to burn this on a DVD, here is what I did: use TMPGenc to encode it (I tried first with the wizard and then without the wizard by selecting the parameters myself) and after that I authored the dvd with DVD-Lab Pro.
Everything works fine and I can watch my dvd with the dvd player but there is a huge problem with the DVD playback:
it appears "slow" or a bit "choppy".
I have tried various settings but always got that same result. I don't have that problem when watching the divx on my computer.
As I have no idea all those video things work, I thought of a few parameters that might produce this effect: interlacement/desinterlacement, 3:2 pulldown and framerate.
Any idea what I could do to make the movie more smooth?
Thanks in advance.
