Simple Audio recording?

I have been told that I will be “yelled” at for asking a dumb ??? on here but I need the help. I’m trying to transfer audio dialogue from a movie to a program called mixmeister so I can mix it into a song that I am performing to. Sounds simple enough but I can’t seem to figure it out. Any help? I just need the audio from the movie so I can over lay it in a song. Thanks.

Welcome to cdfreaks

Should be easy…try using Super This lets´you extract audio and save it in whatever format you want.

A couple of alternatives:

http://dvd-mp3.org/index.html (saves as mp3 only)

Welcome to the forums BrieStylez. You will not get yelled at here at cdfreaks, and especially not here in the Newbie forum. It is the place to get information when you don’t have any background/experience in a subject.

Is your movie a commercially made dvd? If so, you’ll need to decrypt it and rip it to the hard drive before trying to extract the audio. You can use DVDFab HD Decrypter for this part of the task. It is the free section within DVDFab and will continue to function even after the trial for the main part of DVDFab expires. You can find it here: http://www.dvdfab.com/download.htm
