Should I buy a 2nd hand Pioneer 103 DVD writer?

I’ve seen an offer of a 2nd hand Pioneer 103 dvd writer for £130 with 25 blank dvds. It says that it’s OEM, all software with it, etc. 2x dvd write, 16 x cd write.

Is this a good deal? Or is it always a bad move to buy a second hand dvd burner?
Thanks

It is 8x cd write (no overburning, no RAW DAO).

130 pounds is a lot for that drive!
