I have a hp dv5 series laptop with broad band connection (LAN). I want
to share the internet through wirless lan. is it possible?

Your laptop also has WLAN embedded?

Try to set up a bridge (mode) for ICS / Interent connection sharing.

What Os is running?

That would be called ad-hoc setup you have to read up on that setting to correctly get it running. Or otherwise get a wireless router? Since you don’t mention how you can go to internet with a wireless laptop when you don’t have a wireless router???

Sure, a WLAN router would be the logical best solution and cheap too.

Even good ones are available from â‚¬20!!!
