I,m new to this so… What stands the sfv file for and what do I do with It…

i don’t know what it stands for, but SFV files are used to verify the files that you just downloaded. it’s to make sure that there’s no CRC errors in the zipped files. am i making sense to you, or is this just confusing?

the way to read the SFV files is with a program made for it. search google for SFV and you will find lots of programs.

That was a fast reply, nice.
I think I now what you mean now.
Thanks alot.

u can also use “notepad” to view the contents

btw it means Simple File Verify

you can use Win32SFV or so for it, on isonews.com were a lot of sfv checkers i thought
