I have A DVD movie on my computer. It is about 8 GB and I would like to burn it. Unfortunately it does not have a layer break. What would be the easiest way to set a layer break?
Use ImgBurn and it will give you a selection of possible layer break positions. Here is the guide for doing this: http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=1780
Imgburn forum tutorial suggest using VobBlanker for setting layer break. Is this the only way?
Have you actually loaded the project in build mode? It should offer one or more layer breaks. You only need VobBlanker to split cells if you get the “end of the world” message.
Look at this guide - http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=4643
I didn’t understand Davort’s reply either. The guide I linked also shows how to create layer break positions. Oh well.

That’s by far the best and the easiest way of doing it.
ImgBurn’s handling of layer breaks is second to none.
Thanks everyone. I did get the message"the end of the world" and used VobBlanker to set layer break and after that burned it with ImgBurn on Verbatim DVD+R using 2.4 speed .Works perfectly.
