Hi to all,
using the same technique adopted by Yamaha Tatoo CD-RW is possible to recreate the latency of sectors in securom protected games?
And why all duplication software do not rewrite the twin fields (used by Tagès) instead considering the first one wrong?
Probably I don’t know much things… bat they seem a banal solutions…

I’m not sure how T@2 works, but maybe it is simliar to plextor premium’s method (search the forum for details). As for tages, it is not a problem to burn a copy. It is difficult to obtain a working image.

But a working backup can be obtained if you write the image sector for sector, without replacing the eventually previously saved: ex.

–> 0xAA, 0xAB, 0xAC, 0xAA, 0xAD, 0xAE, 0xAF

so do that
–> 0xAA, 0xAB, 0xAC, 0xAA, 0xAD, 0xAE, 0xAF
and not
–> 0xAB, 0xAC, 0xAA, 0xAD, 0xAE, 0xAF

(If Tagès works in this way… may it be possible I haven’t understand nothing…)
