Seagate found this controller in Isreal, they originally developed this controller for the military and yes I do think that this will be a big splash, Densbit might not be a household word in SSDs like Sandforce but its a very advanced technology and I would not be surprised if it were very expensive at the start, but these are just my thoughts, I have no facts to back up my opinions. I believe and I might be wrong but I think these are for caching your Hard drives not a full SSD.
