Scan Errors On TDK CDr

I recently bought tdk cds and found out after a scan that some of them had bad sectors at the end one after each other. I burned other media also such as Hp(Moser Bauer), EProformance(Prodisc) and had no such problems. Firmware on my gigabyte GO-B5232D is up to date. Anyone knows something. Is it because they transfered to CMC.
By the way the manufacturer from the disk info is TDK. I used TDK TTh02 DVD on my dvd writer pioneer 10 - worked fine with no errors!!

Do the CDs have visible defects (fingerprints, dust, dye defects, scratches)?
What does the cakebox look like? Does it look like CMC, MBI or Made in Luxembourg TDK?

(The CMC cakeboxes have a high edge on the top, and the Made in Luxembourg cakeboxes have a smaller font than the MBI one but all in all look similar. The Made in Luxembourg cakeboxes have a five-lettered code above the recycling sign on the bottom.)

they have a green inside circle and silver on the outside.
