Saving Nero Compilations

Sorry if this has already been discussed, I couldn’t find a thread for it.

Is it possible to save the Nero compilation to the CD/DVD being burned? I keep a note of which folders are on which disk but sometimes there are so many folders it is a pain. If the compilation was on the media itself I could immediately see which new folders needed dropping into it.

If it is not possible, how do other people manage their compilations?

save the compilation on your HD and add it to the disk before burning, if that is enough for you??

Thanks, I was wondering whether Nero had a setting which automatically added the compilation onto the disk, I suppose I should have just thought of the simple approach first.
